A large comfortable self contained unit which is ideally suited to golfers. walkers, cyclists etc. This unit is available on a daily or weekly  basis. Please ring for weekly or longer stay tariffs.  Private off road parking and lockable storage for bicycles.  

The self catering unit sleeps 4 in 2 bunk-beds.  A double bed can replace one set of bunk beds to make this into a family unit if requested. ( on bookings of 2 nights or more)

The kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a hob.

Coffee/tea/sugar and milk are provided daily along with bread and cereals for your first morning.

All bedding and towels are  provided if required. 

Other groceries can be provided if requested.

There is a TV and DVD player in the lounge area. Large selection of DVDs available to borrow.

Heating is inclusive.

There is a small patio with table and chairs - barbequing is allowed

There is a no smoking policy inside the unit but you are permitted to smoke in the garden area..

 The unit is serviced daily.
