En-Suite Bedroom A super sunny twin bedded room with a huge ensuite bathroom (big enough for a party!!).	Back twin room A lovely cosy twin bedded room, at the back of the house, with lovely views across open country side. An ideal room to watch the wonderful sunsets.
Ground floor twin room A large twin bedded room on the ground floor. This room can also accommodate a small extra bed suitable for a child.	dining room/TV lounge A large informal dining room with unlimited tea/coffee making facilities. Comfy armchairs turn this into a TV lounge to relax in. No need to hide in your bedroom here. Lots of books to help yourself to (we are avid readers) and DVDs to borrow. Even the odd game to play if the fancy takes.
